Katsushika Hokusai (1760-1849), a world-famous Ukiyo-e artist who represents the Edo period, is said to have had around 200 disciples, including his daughter and grandchild. In this exhibition, you can see the carefully selected works  of Hokusai and his pupils from the Sumida Hokusai Museum. The exhibition has four themes: “People”, “Landscape”, “Animals” and “Others”.
